A design challenge for recruiting an entry level UI/UX Designer from a Design Agency (2021)

<aside> 💭 Throughout the case study, I will involve some of my inner thoughts/thinking out loud for every decision I take (Using this “callout” with the “💭” icon. Hopefully, this will help you guys who want to learn).

Because I believe “one of” the best ways to learn “design” is to understand “how and why” a “designer” take a particular action.

Next time, I will create a thread about this “Thinking out loud” and how it helps me to learn better.

<aside> ❗ The flow of this case study might be juggling from one step to another. And I will only write for what I think I do differently from what I usually do (for publication purposes, and I thought it would be more efficient to read). So yes, it will be “not that comprehensive” regarding the steps taken✌

<aside> âť— It would be easier to read/understand if you guys have read a UI/UX case study before and are aware of the "design thinking" process

<aside> ❗ Disclaimer: Please be wise in absorbing my writings, and I hope you can have your "own" thoughts and even correct me if you think some of my decisions/thinking (back then) are wrong✌
