<aside> 💭 I recruited Fathur to the Wunderman Thompson CX team as a high prospect talent, noting his matured critical thinking skills and the level of initiative and effort he had shown in teaching himself design skills. Fathur is the kind of person who'd reach out to someone highly skilled and ask to shadow them to learn from then. Not many people has that drive nor courage.

During my time leading him Fathur did not disappoint, and managed to remain highly (to the point of almost annoyingly) critical, while also showing himself as highly collaborative with peers, seniors, stakeholders and other teams. We'd be able to assign Fathur to any kind of project, and even though he'd never tried it before he'd eagerly jump head first into the challenge.

I would hire Fathur again.

<aside> 💭 I have known Fathur for one year, during which time he acts as UX designer and critical project support in the two projects that I lead. Fathur has grown tremendously over the years and broadened his horizon beyond UX into design research, workshop co-facilitation, and mapping experiences.

What I appreciate about Fathur is that he asked many questions to ensure that he had a firm understanding of the brief and concept. He assumed the majority of the work and responsibility and ensured that everything was completed in a timely manner. He is able to find a way to make things work in a dynamic situation and sprints. Since he is always so prepared, confident, and articulate, I never hesitate to involve him in key client meetings and presentations.

I can attest that Fathur is a talented, reliable coworker who takes the initiative. He has demonstrated the qualities of a promising UX designer who is equally adept at research and conceptual framework generation.

<aside> 💭 I have had a pleasant time working with Fathur as his senior in Wunderman Thompson. In such a short time, I can see his rapid progression in project management and great effort to meet stakeholders' and internal team expectation. Adding on to that, he always try to approach every problems critically with massive curiosity in order to produce a well-fit solutions. Not to neglect that he can be very fun and creative when arranging team hangouts and presenting his personal works.

I personally would be glad to work with Fathur again if the opportunity comes in the future.
