My Work Style

• I like to be involved from the beginning of the project, knowing what and why the decision is made. I would love to ask the client or my teammate their concern first, so I can better give an input/insight.
• I tried to understand everyone’s situation better, at least starting with my teammate (in terms of their load, how they might feel today, etc.).
• I like to work both in a group and individually, depending on the situation; if the work is needed or can be done faster in the group, then let’s go with it.
• I like to think about “what if”, concerning another perspective.
• Still in progress transitioning (while enjoying) into the UX, agencies, and product worlds. Sooo, sorry if there will be a lot of basic questions in our conversation/discussion :D

How To Best Communicate with me

• If things should be simple, just talk straight to the point/main idea first, then you follow up with some reason/explanation behind it
• Sometimes, I might easily get lost in a loud conversation (when too many people talk, like in a group). You can just wait for me to understand it first or help me explain it.
• I’m okay/prefer a quick call to get things straightened up for you or for me.

Strength

• Critical Thinking, even though sometimes this will lead to doubting things and being less sure (the perfectionist in some way).
• Good listener, love to dig more, trying to get the core of the insight.
• Responsible Person, I will try my best to finish the job in a timely manner with good execution and I will let the others know if I got any difficulties and what’s my plan to set a clear expectation
